Hello!
I’m Chloe Workes, owner and principle interior designer for Sisu Studio Interior Design.
One of the primary questions I get asked by prospective clients what my design style is. I guess you could say what I strive for and what inspires me is…“mountain luxury meets urban cool”. I’m inspired by breathtaking natural landscapes, and exotic destinations…
I love modern, edgy design. Lot’s contrast and bold patterns or color. I also love a clean palette and minimalist details. Basically, I’m versatile and I just really love good intentional design. But I’m not about pushing my agenda on anyone.
My skill is getting to know my clients. Hearing their hopes, dreams, weekend hobbies and interests, and understanding their lifestyle…I can pull out important elements and details of their lifestyle, which leads to a design story.
I take that design story and elevate it. Push it further. Put my spin on it if you will.
My ultimate goals is for my clients to be exceptionally happy with a space that is a true reflection of their lifestyle, and for it to be a beautiful, inspiring and functional design.
On the weekends you can find me either snowboarding at Alyeska, on leisurely hikes taking hundreds of photos of nature or walking around Alaskan beaches with armfuls of rocks and driftwood.
Sisu Studio Interior Design was founded in 2018 in based in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska.
“Sisu” is a Finnish word and social construct meaning to have strength, grit, resilience, perseverance and determination.
